At Umaizas, we care about your satisfaction and your child’s joy. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Personalized or customized toys
  • Opened or used items
  • Health and hygiene-related products (e.g., teethers, pacifiers, feeding accessories)

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The returned item shows signs of use
  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • The return request is made after 15 days but within 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting delays can occur
  3. Contact your bank — refunds can take some time to appear

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
